Erwin Noekman
Principal and CEO
Erwin Noekman is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner, with more than 26 years of experience in the (re)takaful and (re)insurance sectors. He has held pivotal roles in organizations across Indonesia, the UK, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Uzbekistan.
He is a CII Goodwill Ambassador for Indonesia (Takaful).
Currently, he runs a consultant firm, specialized in Takaful Risk Management, Governance and Ethical, and Business Development. The aim is to navigating (re)takaful capacity to ensure sharia compliant ecosystem.
Previously, he worked for UNDP RBAS in Amman – Jordan as Regional Takaful Specialist. Beforehand, as International Takaful Consultant for Uzbekistan Government with UNDP Tashkent.
His previous roles include Executive Director at Indonesia Takaful Association (AASI), Director at PT LSP Perasuransian Syariah, Chairman (President Commisioner) at PT Media Asuransi Indonesia (Indonesia Insurance Magazine), Executive Director at Indonesia Insurance Council (DAI), Chairman of Indonesian Insurance Foundation (YAI), Chief Takaful Officer at PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia, Principal Officer at ASEAN Forum Inc. (Labuan), Independent Commissioner at Insurance Broker, Independent Commissioner at Reinsurance Broker, etc.
Erwin is a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from Trisakti University, Jakarta and MBA graduated from the University of Liverpool.
He also holds several insurance qualifications namely FMII (Fellow), ACII (Takaful), AAAI-K, QIP, AIIS and QRGP (Risk Management).

Satrio Wicaksono
COO
Satrio Wicaksono is an insurance professional with more than 20 years of experience in the life insurance industry, including 17 years specializing in Sharia (Takaful) business strategy and 3 years leading distribution channels with responsibility for directing and developing more than 300 sales professionals. Also brings 4 years of sales experience across various industries.
Proven expertise in Sharia business strategy, marketing, product development, and distribution management. Successfully developed Sharia life insurance products and established strategic partnerships through bancassurance and agency channels to drive business growth and market expansion.
Played a key role in establishing and leading a Sharia Unit, serving as Head of Sharia, business architect, and project manager. Led the development of strategic plans, operating models, and business frameworks while ensuring compliance with Sharia principles and regulatory requirements.
Initiated and led the strategic planning process for the Sharia Unit spin-off, including business transformation, stakeholder alignment, and growth strategy development to support the transition into an independent and sustainable Sharia insurance entity.
He also holds insurance qualifications FIIS (Fellow of the Islamic Insurance Society) and QRGP (Risk Management).
